Datum conversion - Using ArcGIS software, the shapefile named senate.shp, with an Nov 30, 2011 file date, was converted from geographic coordinates to the Connecticut State Plane Coordinate System of 1983 (NAD83) to create shapefile named Senate_Districts.shp. Empty fields were also removed.
